  • Hydro power plants, dams and tidal energy stations - monitoring of water intakes and turbines

  • Oil and natural gas platforms - real-time drilling process monitoring

  • Pipelay barge's stingers

  • Water Treatment Stations - visual water clarity control

  • Sewage collectors and pipes

  • Submerged pumps or other industrial equipment

  • Monitoring of areas that are subject to partial or full flood - e.g. storm drain tunnels, etc..

  • Fish and crab plants, fisheries - monitoring of feed process and population's health

  • Fish deterrent systems at hydro power plants

  • Commercial diving - monitoring of any underwater labours from the surface

Pole Camera System

Marine life (algae, barnacles) growth creates a water drag which can significantly reduces the speed and increases fuel consumption for motor boats. However, lifting a boat out of the water is a expensive and time consuming operation. Lifting even a small yacht with a crane and putting it back into water might sometimes cost around $200 per operation. Here is the solution help for professional boat cleaners and customers - out TBBT-Q24-UW underwater CCTV camera.

Thanks to the hemispheric lens technology, the TBBT-Q24-UW  camera has 180° viewing field and able to show very wide areas underwater. This saves lots of time and greatly improves the hull inspection process. That is specially true, if boat stay in water during the cleaning. With TBBT-Q24-UW camera attached to a simple pole boat cleaners can:

  • quickly estimate barnacle's and other marine life growth under the waterline.
  • demonstrate hull's state to their customers, before and after cleaning

  • record the inspection process on a computer storage, CD/DVD, flash drive, etc...

This camera system delivers a color picture with resolution up to  3.1 megapixel (2048x1536px) - therefore no details will be missing from the sight. While camera is underwater  - it can be simultaneously viewed in real time, from any mobile devices - laptops, tablets and even smartphones.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Swimming pools safety - early drowning prevention systems

Swimming pool safety and pool training of SCUBA divers are two excellent applications for our underwater IP-cameras.

Due reflections and glare on the water surface, seeing pool's bottom from the surface could be a problem. In a crowded pools lifeguards can miss a person in a distress situation and who is already under the surface. That's specially true for little children, aged persons and other non-experienced swimmers.

Every second can save a life and here underwater cameras can really help.

Military, Police, Commercial, Cost Guard and Recreational SCUBA divers training - recording and review

The video recording feature of our cameras, allows to use them for SCUBA, freedivers and swimmers training. Cameras can greatly facilitate the learning process. Instructors can "rewind" the recorded video after training, analyze it with students and export to external video file on DVD.

With our No-Drill Pool Mount there is no need to drain pool for camera installation and maintenance. Shall you need more light for better video quality - we offer camera mount for swimming pools that can carry two submersible 11W LED-lights.

How it works

Underwater camera(s) mounted on a pool wall, using waterproof sealant. There is no need to drain the pool to install our camera system.

The underwater video could be placed on large TV screen(s) near the lifeguard's stations and in few more places. That makes it clearly visible from all corners.

Our underwater cameras can directly record video to external network storage (PC/NAS) when some motion is detected at the pool's bottom. They can also alert lifeguards via VoIP/SIP phone call, SMS, email and external devices (alarm lights, speakerphones).

Any part of the video image (upper part for example) can be protected with programmatic overlay. All objects within the overlay borders, becomes blurred and unidentifiable. That allows underwater camera to be used in public pools, without compromising swimmer's privacy. For example - with an overlay covering upper part of the video image, only objects at pool's bottom will be clearly visible.

Race Rocks Underwater
A web camera was owned and maintained by Lester B. Pearson college, Victoria, Canada, B.C.

This underwater camera was installed at Race Rocks Ecological Reserve -  it's mounted on the top a concrete block at approximately 40 feet/11 meters depth and about 60 feet/20 meters far from the Race Rock's pier

Race Rocks is a group of small islands located in Juan De Fuca strait, near the southern tip of the Vancouver Island, Canada, B.C.. The largest island has a lighthouse illuminated in 1860. This place is also famous because of its rich and untouched ecosystem - this is a natural habitat for hundreds of Steller Sea Lions, seals and thousands of sea birds.

This camera was online since September 2011 to 2016
